My experience with online selling
When I join the sea of people who are doing business online akala ko madali lang. Magpopost ka lang ng ibebenta mo, pag maganda ang photo ng product ok na ( though isang factor din yun).
Sa madaling sabi, I did contact potential supplier for my online retail shop, I bought items here and there in bulk online kasi mas makakamura talaga, just to be disappointed ng matanggap ko ang mga produkto.
I remember nung nag uumpisa ako binabase ko lahat sa photo na pinopost ng supplier kung maganda ang produkto just to realize mali pala. I spent more then Php50,000.00 for nothing kasi hindi ko maibenta ng maayos ang mga produkto na ipinadala ng supplier sa akin. I have to actually sell each of pieces of the clothes in a cheaper price than the capital price kasi kahit ako, kung ako ang buyer i won't even give the item a second look.
Lesson learned para sa akin iyon. Hindi ko pa rin sinukuan ang pagbebenta online but this time nag-effort na ako na pumunta sa kung saan saan para maghanap ng supplier. Sa madaling salita nagpudpud ako ng tsinelas just to make sure that the products I am going to sell online is worth the price and the customers will appreciate each item they bought on my shop.
But then, hindi pa enough yun. Building credibility and legitimacy online is really hard. People will always ask if your a legit seller and will always hesitate to buy online specially they have to pay first before receiving the item. For a new online shop owner, consider yourself lucky to have one or two customer who will take risk in buying and sending their hard earned money to purchase on your online shop.
Trust....once a customer put their true in your online shop wag mong sayangin dahil sila mismo ang magrerecommend ng shop mo sa mga kaibigan at kakilala nila. Be always upfront to your buyers, karamihan naman nakakaintindi as long as you will be interactive with them. 'wag kong hayaang magduda ang buyer mo sa shop mo.
